Strong Body Bootcamp: Connee , Ashleigh and Courtney will challenge your body in this interval training      workout. Experience a blend of intense cardio conditioning and resistance training intervals. Be inspired to challenge yourself. A great workout sure to re-energize you!

Cyclefit: Build stamina and muscle endurance in this motivating, high intensity class!  Our instructors will take you on the ride of your life. Bring LOTS of water!

Power Pump: A high energy class using bars and plates which focuses  on muscle strength and body sculpting.      Get ready to FEEL THE BURN!

Cycle Fusion :  1/2 cyclefit, 1/2 power pump.  The perfect mix for the spin / strength lover!

Burn & Firm Pilates : A workout for mind and body. This core stability class focuses on the abs, back and buttocks by using slow flowing exercises to improve flexibility and posture. 

Beginner Pilates: A no-stress, effective approach to stronger, leaner muscles & fabulous posture.  An emphasis on movement quality, posture & breathing makes Pilates mat work a safe, challenging & revitalizing workout.  Your core will be stronger then ever!!! 

Extreme Kick Boxing: A dynamic workout for all-round fitness and body toning. Burn calories with the use of punch bags, pads, skipping ropes and other exercises.

Learn to Run: You've always wanted to run but haven't known where to start. Ashleigh’s program is  a walk/run program designed to have you running in no time.  You must sign-up at reception to save your spot. Rain or Shine we  meet at the sorting gap for our workout.

Strollercise: Mom and babies get ready to Stroll your way to fitness with an hour of fun by working out with your baby. Jackie will take your workout to a new level. She will not only have you walking and jogging there will be          Intervals, cardio drills and body resistance exercises. Jackie will have you back in shape in no time!

Restore & Meditate Yoga: Empower your mind and strengthen your body as you move through a series of    meaningful poses.

Fun Run Group: For those of you looking to get back to running . This group is strictly for motivational purposes. Running distances will vary from 5k to 10k.

Just Dance: Chantelle will take you through…a dimensional workout adding a variety of dance moves to your daily routine.   This unique muscle workout will shape  a new you!  It’s  a must try!  

Body Sculpt Circuit: With a non-stop combination of cardio and weights, get ready for a class that will push you to the max!  

FFHS Personal Fitness Class:  FFHS students will be in our facility participating in a personal fitness course from   2-3pm  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday so we are excited to offer this new program.
